That would be the ally Condoleeza Rice, as Secretary of State, so shamefully forgot to include in the list of the countries that stood with the US at 9/11?

No Brit can be neutral in the trade dispute between the US and Canada. Trump instigated it, Canada is the wronged party.
I'd make the same appeal to every patriotic American. Do you truly think it fair to turn on an ally who stood with you after 9/11? If not, speak up.
