The full programme for the Saffron Walden Historical Society for the coming year is now complete for the new season from September 2016 to Spring 2017 and once more a variety of excellent speakers is on offer. All meetings are on Wednesdays starting 7.45 pm at the Friends’ Meeting House in the High Street, Saffron Walden and are free to members, £2 for visitors (apart from 26 October which is the free annual Mary Whiteman Memorial Lecture).
